Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used beauty products unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional events
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Items that have been tampered with or are missing original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
